Systems and SEO LLC ("Systems & SEO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit systemsandseo.com (the "Site"), use our free Site Scanner / Found Score tool, or inquire about our services.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide. When you contact us through the Site — by email, phone, or a contact form if one is present — we collect the information you voluntarily submit. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business details, website URL, and the content of your message.

Site Scanner / Found Score. When you use our free website scanner, we process (but do not store lasting copies of) the following in order to return results to your browser:

• The URL you submit for analysis
• Publicly available HTML, headers, DNS/email-auth signals (SPF, DMARC, MX), robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, and related technical signals we fetch to generate findings
• Short-lived technical request metadata (for example approximate IP address) used in memory for rate limiting and abuse prevention, then discarded as the rate-limit window expires

We do not save full Found Score reports, scanned page content, or a scan history to a database. Scan results are generated on demand and shown to you in your session. If you later email us or request an assessment, that communication is handled as "Information you provide" above. We do not sell scanner submissions or scan results. You should only submit URLs for sites you own or are authorized to evaluate.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, language, and version
• Operating system and device type
• Pages visited, time spent, and referring URL
• General usage patterns

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics or privacy-focused alternatives to understand how visitors use the Site. If we do, those services may collect and process information as described in their own privacy policies.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have specific rights regarding the personal information we collect. We do not sell your personal information.

EU/UK residents: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, we process personal information based on legitimate business interest, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For example, emails or messages you send us are retained as needed to respond and manage a potential client relationship.

Scanner data. For the Found Score tool, submitted URLs and fetched page content are processed to produce your on-screen results and are not retained as a stored scan archive. IP-based rate-limit counters are held temporarily in server memory (on the order of minutes) and then expire. Hosting providers may retain standard server/access logs for security and operations according to their own practices — those logs are not a Found Score report database.
