In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design — are owned by Systems and SEO LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use that is consistent with these Terms.
The "Systems & SEO" name, the wordmark, and the "Built to be Found" tagline are trademarks of Systems and SEO LLC.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and to respond to your inquiry.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
